1. Provide us the name of the self help product(s) you are ordering, the quantity and total price of your order.
2. Add the shipping charge to your payment: In the U.S., minimum shipping charge of $3.50 per order. Otherwise, add a shipping charge of 7.5% of the total for No. 1 above. These charges are for regular UPS delivery or USPS delivery. In the U.S., if you need UPS 2nd Day Air Service, Federal Express or other special handling, call us at 352-792-1036. For orders outside the U.S. you can generally expect shipping charges of about 50% for airmail, global or express delivery. However, on all non-U.S. shipments, we will notify you by e-mail of the exact charge prior to shipping.
3. If you are a Florida or Texas resident, please add 8.25% sales tax to your basic order costs (but do not tax yourself on shipping charges).
4. You can pay by check or money order (U.S. funds only). We also accept VISA, MasterCard and AmericanExpress.
5. For corporate U.S. customers, we require prepayment on all orders of $99 or less. If you have ordered from us before, we will accept your corporate purchase order number on orders totaling $99 and up. On all non-U.S. orders, prepayment is required.
6. The reproduction, print, binding and pagination quality of all our products is guaranteed. If you receive a defective unit, return the product for a full refund of the product cost or a replacement copy.
